Nice views and walled garden. If you just want to do bike touring you are better off not paying to enter but doing the Wimpole Trail. But for a day out with kids it is perfect (esp the Farm!).

Plenty to see and do, definitely worth visiting the house. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. VERY busy at weekends.

Great for a walk around the estate. The folly isn't very impressive up close, but that's rather the point.

Lots to do for the family with several large play areas. Great if you're a National Trust member as its all free.

Stunning Georgian mansion with its own farm. The murals in the chapel are spectacular. Run by the National Trust.

Lovely grounds and hall, with an excellent farm (but it costs extra). The restaurant is typical NT. Not great but not bad.

Good tip about the NT sticker but there is a person in the car park who will give you a paper ticket if you show them your NT membership card.
